Given a bit of time, I could come up with a home page and subordinate  
page for developers that provided the first 5 bullets.  We can then  
have Mike/Derek manage the theme next week.

I don't mind trying to be Roundup guy.  I haven't actually installed  
Roundup before, but I've come very close. :^)  I've read all the  
configuration and developer docs.

I'd say the choices on the table are: Collector, Roundup, and Trac.
