[Repoze-dev] [issue37] 2.10 zopelib ships without top-level ImageFile module

Another 2.10 zopelib needs to be rolled that includes this module as well as the
ClientForm module and the Zope (upper Z) module.  These are all present in the
2.10 branch, but they aren't packages and didn't get included in the released
zopelib egg.
